  • "Smart card" operated laundry facilities are on every floor. When you first move in you will purchase a smart card (dispensed through a machine located in the game room) for $5. You then add credit on to this card using the same dispensing machine. The smart card operate the laundry equipment and are also used for playing computer games on our 103" screen in the Movie Theater.
  • Workout room with exercise stations and programmable machines.

  • Mini-movie theater with 103” screen, surround sound, and HDTV technology connected to satellite TV with 250 Channels, and all HBO, Stars, Cinemax and Showtime movie channels, as well as special sports programming and “NFL Sunday Ticket” programming package. In addition through the DVD players that are included with the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game consoles in our movie theater, you can play any high definition DVD currently on the market.
  • Game room with billiards, air hockey and foosball. Xbox 360, Sony Play Station 3, and Nintendo Wii machine are hooked up to our 103" screen in our movie theater.
  • Computer Center equipped with several work stations and a laser printer with free use of the computer equipment and a nominal 5 cents per copy charge for printing.
