Throughout the process of reviewing your application and during your stay at Sahara Apartments, our main method of communication with you will be by e-Mail. Therefore, it is important that you notify us of any changes to your e-Mail address right away. You can do so by going to our web site, choose the "Service Request Forms" and then select "Change of Contact Information", or simply send us an e-Mail from your new e-Mail address.
If you will be getting a cell phone number after your arrival at Sahara Apartments, please skip this question. We will, however, need your cell phone after you obtain it here in the U.S. We can complete the application process with only an email address.
You can check the descriptions of apartment floor plans by going to our website and selecting the menu option on the left-hand side for "Floor Plans" and then clicking on the architectural drawing of each floor plan to see the move-in costs and the monthly rent for that floor plan.
You should also select the menu options for "Rental Rates" and "12 month and check the rates and read the "Additional Details" to get all the information you need so you can decide which floor plan is best for you.

Our standard leases are for 12 months from August 15th of each year to August 15th of the next year.
However, in most cases, we can offer you a 12-month lease starting on any date. In that case, please select the second option, please select the second option below, and then gives us your desired starting date in the box below.
We also offer 3 months leases for summer rentals from May 15th to August 15th of each year. Select option 3 if this is what you would like.
In addition, we offer monthly rentals in our short term rental section where we offer our "A" and "B" floor plans fully furnished with all bed and bath furnishings such as sheets, pillows, towels, etc. as well as all kitchenware such as pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, etc. Please see our short term rental section for full list of what is included in our short term rental furnishings. If this is what you want, please cancel your application here and go to our "short Term Rentals" from the main menu and fill out the application form available under that menu option.
Lastly, if your lease term requirements do not fit into any of the above categories, then select the "Non Standard Lease Term" option and fill in your proposed start and ending dates in the boxes below. However, if you choose this option, when you finish this application form and are redirected to our payment page to pay your application processing fee, CANCEL OUT OF THE PAYMENT PAGE. If we approve your proposed lease term, which we can generally do only between October 1 to May 15th of each year, then we will send you a link to go and pay your application processing fee.
If you expect to arrive after 7 PM on a weekday or after 6 pm on a weekend day, our office will be closed. In that case, once you have paid your invoice we will send you our "Late Arrival Instructions" which will give you instructions as to how to get through our security gate, come to the office lobby, and retrieve your keys from the safe mounted on the wall of the office lobby.
If you have not yet purchased your airplane ticket and do not know the exact time you will be arriving, please make sure you send us an e-mail with that information as soon as you know your arrival time in Tucson.
If you are currently residing overseas, and you do not have a bank account at a U.S. bank, then you only have two options as to how you can pay your first payment.
These options would be: A) by wire transfer, for which your bank will probably charge you a fee, or B) by credit card, in which case we will charge you 4% of the amount of your invoice.
Once you arrive in the U.S. you can open a U.S. Bank account and then you can pay us by electronic transfer from your bank directly into our bank account. Using this method is free of any charges to you.
I am a current or future Sahara Apartments resident, or I am signing this authorization form for the benefit of a current or future Sahara Apartments resident, hereinafter referred to as the “Resident”.
I hereby authorize you to charge my credit or debit card listed below, if:
1. If the Resident has an unpaid and overdue balance on his account
2. You have sent him an e-Mail requesting payment, with a copy of the invoice e-mailed to me as well.
3. 48 hours have elapsed from the time you have sent the above e-Mail you have not received payment from the Resident.
4. Resident has not requested and you have not approved an alternative payment arrangement as evidenced by an e-Mail to the Resident declaring your approval of and the details of the alternative payment arrangement.
By clicking the submit button below, you certify that you have answered all of the above questions truthfully. You agree that if Sahara Apartments discovers that some of your statements were not truthfully answered, your lease maybe canceled even after it may have been approved based on information that turns out not to have been correct.
