When reserving an apartment, a non-refundable Holding Deposit equal to the amount of your move in costs is required at the time you sign the lease.
This deposit will convert to your move in costs when you pay the balance of your account and move in.
When you vacate your apartment and a move-out inspection is conducted, charges for damages, if any, will be deducted from your refundable deposits and the balance will be refunded to you, no later than two weeks from your move-out date.
